The cooking – the food

In the morning we serve a buffet breakfast with: fresh orange juice, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, various kinds of bread, biscuits, cakes, fresh eggs, cheese, tomatoes, marmalades and jams, cow’s, goat’s and soya milk, coffee, tea and kefir.

Not only a restaurant!

For dinner the guests will be served fresh products from the kitchen garden with a menu that changes every day. Although the menu is mainly vegetarian, we also serve fish once and meat twice a week and pizza on thursdays.

We pay particular attention to anyone who has an intolerance or a food allergy and cater for both vegetarians and vegans.

The kitchen is open-plan, so anyone can see how and what we are cooking. The chefs are available to teach our recipes and – if anyone is interested – to let the guests help with the making of the various types of homemade pasta.
